OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

This Contest is intended for participation in the United States only and shall be governed by applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws. Do not enter unless you are eligible and located in the United States at the time of entry.

By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Pele Soccer Miami LLC, doing business as Pelé Soccer.

1. Sponsor. The Contest is sponsored by Pele Soccer Miami LLC, doing business as Pelé Soccer, located at 532 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (“Pelé Soccer” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including age and residency, at any time.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, co-promotion partners, and any other entities involved in the development, administration, judging, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), as well as their immediate family members, including spouse, partner, parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, and their respective spouses, and household members, whether related or not, of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win the Contest.

3. Contest Period. The Contest begins on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. This is a skill-based Contest. The winner will be selected based on the judging criteria set forth in these Official Rules. No random drawing will be conducted.

To enter, during the Contest Period, create an original video, up to thirty (30) seconds long, showing what “the beautiful game” means to you and how the FIFA World Cup™ brings soccer fans together around the world. Your video should tell a personal, creative story about your connection to soccer, your passion for the World Cup, Pelé Soccer, and the dream of experiencing the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final.

Entrants may submit their video by one (1) of the following methods:

A. Instagram Entry. Post the video as an Instagram Reel from a public Instagram account, tag @pelesoccershop, and include the hashtag #PeleWorldCupContest in the caption.

B. TikTok Entry. Post the video on TikTok from a public TikTok account, tag @pelesoccershop, and include the hashtag #PeleWorldCupContest in the caption.

C. Online Form Entry. Submit the video, or a link to the video, through the online entry form available at https://pelesoccer.com/pages/pele-world-cup-contest during the Contest Period. The online entry form may be hosted, powered, or processed through ShortStack or another third-party contest platform designated by Sponsor. Entrants must provide the required information, including full name, valid email address, phone number, state of residence, age confirmation, and agreement to these Official Rules.

Regardless of method of entry, each eligible Entrant may submit only one (1) entry during the Contest Period. Use of Instagram, TikTok, or the online entry form will not improve an Entrant’s score or chances of winning. All eligible entries, regardless of method of submission, will be judged using the same criteria.

To be eligible, the entry must:

A. Be submitted or posted during the Contest Period;
B. Be created by the Entrant and be original to the Entrant;
C. Be no longer than thirty (30) seconds;
D. Comply with the theme of showing what “the beautiful game” means to the Entrant and how the FIFA World Cup™ brings soccer fans together around the world;
E. If submitted through Instagram, tag @pelesoccershop and include #PeleWorldCupContest;
F. If submitted through TikTok, tag @pelesoccershop and include #PeleWorldCupContest;
G. If submitted through the online entry form, include all required information and either upload the video or provide a working link to the video;
H. Comply with all content requirements in these Official Rules; and
I. Be submitted by an Entrant who satisfies all eligibility requirements.

Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Contest Period. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry, including through multiple Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other means, may result in disqualification of such Entrant and all associated entries, and any prize won may be forfeited.

A purchase is not required to enter, will not improve an Entrant’s score, and will not improve an Entrant’s chances of winning. Purchases made at Pelé Soccer stores or through any website, mobile application, digital platform, or third-party marketplace will not result in entry into the Contest.

Mobile and Data Charges: If entering via a mobile device or other web-enabled device using a wireless carrier’s network, standard message, data, and other charges may apply according to the terms of your wireless service provider. Entrants are solely responsible for any such charges. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Mobile entry is not required to participate in the Contest.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant or the validity of any entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account, TikTok account, or email address used to submit the entry will be deemed to be the participant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of any Entrant.

5. Entry Content Requirements. By submitting an entry, Entrant represents and warrants that: (i) the entry is wholly original to the Entrant; (ii) the entry has not been previously published or submitted in connection with any promotion; (iii) the entry does not infringe or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; and (iv) Entrant has obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents required for Sponsor’s use of the entry.

Entries must not contain unlawful, obscene, offensive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, unsafe, political, or otherwise inappropriate content, or any third-party trademarks, copyrighted materials, names, images, likenesses, music, audio, video clips, artwork, or other identifying elements without required permission. Entries must not include FIFA match footage, professional soccer broadcast footage, third-party music, or any other copyrighted content unless Entrant has obtained all required rights and permissions.

Entries must not depict unsafe, illegal, or dangerous activities. Entries must not disparage Sponsor, FIFA, adidas, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, ByteDance, ShortStack, any event organizer, venue, team, player, person, or entity. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, violates these requirements, is inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand standards, cannot be viewed or verified, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

For Instagram and TikTok entries, Entrant’s account must be public and the submitted video must be viewable by Sponsor from the time of entry through winner selection and notification. Sponsor is not responsible for privacy settings, platform restrictions, deleted content, disabled accounts, incorrect tags or hashtags, algorithmic limitations, or any other issue that prevents Sponsor from viewing, receiving, verifying, or judging an entry.

By submitting an entry, Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, repost, and create derivative works from such entry, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes related to Pelé Soccer and the Contest, without further notice, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner, consisting of two (2) tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in New York New Jersey at the venue designated by FIFA for the final match of the FIFA World Cup 26™ (the “Event”). The individual accompanying the winner to the Event shall be referred to herein as the “Guest.”

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $11,150 per ticket, for a total ARV of USD $22,300 for the Prize, consisting of two (2) tickets. The actual value of the Prize may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.

No other costs or expenses are included. Without limiting the foregoing, the Prize does not include, and Sponsor will not provide, any transportation, air, ground, or otherwise, lodging, parking, meals, beverages, travel insurance, visas, passports, taxes, fees, gratuities, or any other expenses or costs of any kind, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. For clarity, the winner and Guest are solely responsible for all costs associated with traveling to, attending, and returning from the Event, including without limitation air travel, local transportation, rideshare services, fuel, parking, meals, lodging, and any other incidental or out-of-pocket expenses.

A Guest who is a minor may attend the Event only with the winner, or with a parent or legal guardian, and only in compliance with all applicable venue, ticketing, event-access, and legal requirements. Sponsor may require additional documentation, consents, releases, or acknowledgments for any minor Guest, to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.

The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without any warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

All Prize details not expressly specified herein, including without limitation seat locations, ticket format, method of delivery, timing of delivery, and any applicable restrictions, shall be determined by Sponsor and/or the applicable ticketing provider in their sole and absolute discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, seat locations, seating proximity, visibility, accessibility, ticket delivery timing, and overall Event experience are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Tickets may be relocated, reassigned, separated, delayed, restricted, or subject to obstructed or limited views due to operational, security, venue, event organizer, ticketing, or other event-related requirements. No refund, compensation, replacement, or substitute prize will be provided in connection with any such changes, delays, or restrictions.

The winner and Guest acknowledge that the tickets constitute a revocable license and are subject to all applicable ticketing terms, venue rules, stadium codes of conduct, security requirements, and event policies. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, removal from the Event, cancellation of tickets, forfeiture of the Prize, and no compensation. Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the event organizer, the venue, and the applicable ticketing provider. The winner and Guest must comply with all applicable entry requirements, policies, and codes of conduct. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability if the winner or Guest is denied entry to the Event for any reason, including failure to comply with applicable rules or requirements.

Sponsor is not responsible for and shall have no liability in connection with any cancellation, postponement, delay, relocation, modification, or unavailability of the Event, or any portion thereof, or for any acts or omissions of the event organizer, the venue, ticketing providers, or any third party. In the event that the Event is cancelled or does not occur for any reason, no compensation, substitution, or replacement prize will be provided.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or unused tickets will not be replaced. If the winner elects not to use the Prize, or any portion thereof, such Prize or portion will be forfeited with no compensation. The winner and Guest agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner at all times. Sponsor and/or the applicable event or venue personnel reserve the right to remove or deny entry to the winner and/or Guest if they engage in behavior that is illegal, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate, without any compensation or liability to Sponsor.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor may require completion of an IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

Tickets are expected to be digital and delivered through the applicable ticketing platform designated for the Event. Winner acknowledges and agrees that ticket delivery timing is subject to ticketing, event, platform, security, and fulfillment requirements, and that tickets may be delivered close to the Event date, including the day before or the day of the Event. Sponsor makes no representation or guarantee regarding the exact date or time of ticket delivery, provided that Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver or make available the tickets in time for Event attendance, subject to the winner’s timely completion of all required verification, documentation, ticketing, platform, and fulfillment requirements. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delay, inability to access tickets, or failure of delivery caused by winner’s failure to timely respond, provide required information, complete required documentation, create or access required ticketing accounts, download required applications, comply with ticketing or Event requirements, or otherwise cooperate with Prize fulfillment.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, resold, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

Prize fulfillment and ticket delivery are subject to additional verification, ticketing, platform, security, and event-access requirements imposed by Sponsor, adidas, the applicable ticketing provider, event organizer, and/or the venue, as applicable. Without limiting the foregoing, the confirmed winner may be required to provide certain information, including without limitation: (i) full legal name; (ii) state of residence; (iii) valid email address; and (iv) any other information necessary for ticket issuance, identity verification, security, age verification, tax reporting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

The confirmed winner and Guest may also be required, as a condition of Prize fulfillment and Event access, to: (a) maintain or create an account with the applicable ticketing or event platform; (b) download, maintain, and use the official FIFA or other designated event or ticketing application; and/or (c) review, acknowledge, accept, and comply with any applicable terms and conditions, waivers, releases, codes of conduct, privacy notices, ticketing terms, security protocols, venue policies, or other event-access requirements imposed by adidas, event organizer, venue, ticketing providers, or other applicable third parties.

Failure to timely comply with any such requirements, provide requested information, complete required documentation, satisfy applicable ticket fulfillment conditions, or comply with applicable third-party requirements may result in delay, inability to deliver the tickets, disqualification, and/or forfeiture of the Prize. In such event, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide any compensation, substitute prize, or other consideration, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Judging and Winner Selection. This is a skill-based Contest. No random drawing will be conducted. Eligible entries will be reviewed and judged by a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor. Judging is expected to take place on or about Friday, July 10, 2026.

Each eligible entry will be scored using the following 100-point rubric:

A. Originality and Creativity — 30 points
Judges will evaluate the freshness, distinctiveness, imagination, and creative quality of the entry, including whether the video goes beyond common or generic fan statements.

B. Interpretation of “The Beautiful Game” and the World Cup — 25 points
Judges will evaluate how clearly, meaningfully, and creatively the entry expresses what soccer means to the Entrant and/or their community, how effectively the entry connects to the theme of “the beautiful game,” and how strongly the entry connects the World Cup to soccer’s ability to bring fans together around the world.

C. Storytelling and Emotional Impact — 20 points
Judges will evaluate narrative clarity, personal connection, memorability, emotional impact, and the entry’s ability to engage viewers within the time limit.

D. Execution and Presentation — 15 points
Judges will evaluate the overall execution of the video, including clarity, pacing, audio/visual quality, composition, and whether the message is understandable within thirty (30) seconds. Professional equipment is not required and will not be required to receive a high score.

E. Required Elements and Rule Compliance — 10 points
Judges will evaluate whether the entry includes all required elements and complies with the theme, length, tagging, hashtag, originality, visibility, and content requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Each judge will score each eligible entry using the above criteria. Scores from the judges will be averaged, and the eligible entry with the highest average score will be deemed the potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the higher score in Originality and Creativity will prevail. If a tie remains, the tied entry with the higher score in Interpretation of “The Beautiful Game” and the World Cup will prevail. If a tie still remains, the tied entry with the higher score in Storytelling and Emotional Impact will prevail. If a tie still remains, Sponsor will appoint an additional qualified judge to score the tied entries using the same criteria, and the highest-scoring tied entry will be deemed the potential winner.

Sponsor’s and judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest, including without limitation eligibility, judging, scoring, tie-breakers, winner selection, and prize award.

8. Winner Notification and Claim Process. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the method of entry, including direct message to the Instagram or TikTok account used to enter and/or email to the address provided through the online entry form, as applicable. Sponsor shall have no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible contact information, or for any failed, delayed, or undelivered notifications, including without limitation messages that are not received due to spam filters, privacy settings, platform restrictions, account settings, or failure of the potential winner to monitor their account.

The potential winner must respond to the notification and claim the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification attempt, unless a different timeframe is stated in the notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, or to comply with the instructions in the notification, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

As a condition of being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign, execute, and return any required documentation, including without limitation an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, where lawful, IRS Form W-9, and/or any additional information, documentation, verification, ticketing, platform, event access, security, or any third-party fulfillment requirements within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Failure to timely complete, execute, and return such documentation may result in disqualification.

If a potential winner is disqualified, determined to be ineligible, cannot be verified, declines the Prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may proceed to the next highest-scoring eligible entry, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each alternate potential winner will be subject to the same notification, verification, documentation, and response requirements set forth herein. This process may continue until the Prize is awarded or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any potential winner if Sponsor determines that awarding the Prize to such individual could negatively impact Sponsor’s reputation or be inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand values.

9. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the acceptance, receipt, and use of the Prize, as well as any other costs or expenses not expressly specified herein. The approximate retail value of the Prize is based on available information and may be considered taxable income to the winner under applicable law.

As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to provide Sponsor or its designated representative with a valid IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation reasonably requested for tax reporting purposes. If required by applicable law, Sponsor will report the value of the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Prize is awarded and may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner reflecting such value. All tax reporting obligations, including any resulting liability, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of the Prize, and the winner is advised to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of accepting the Prize.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s irrevocable consent for Sponsor, its affiliates, designees, agents, and licensees to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the winner’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, statements, social media handle, city and state of residence, biographical information, and entry for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation, related to Pelé Soccer and the Contest, and related advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional activities.

The winner further agrees that Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify such materials in its sole discretion, and waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of the foregoing materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Contest may be collected through Sponsor’s website, ShortStack, or another third-party contest platform designated by Sponsor, and will be processed by Sponsor for purposes of Contest administration, entry validation, judging, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such information may be shared with Sponsor’s affiliates, agencies, service providers, ShortStack, adidas, and/or applicable ticketing partners solely to the extent necessary to administer the Contest and deliver the Prize.

By participating in the Contest, each Entrant expressly consents to Sponsor’s collection, use, and processing of their personal information in accordance with these Official Rules and acknowledges having read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://pelesoccer.com/pages/privacy-policy.

If selected as the winner, Entrant’s information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list and may be shared with adidas and/or relevant third parties strictly for purposes related to prize fulfillment and applicable ticketing requirements.

12. General Conditions; Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who: (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) submits false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information; (iii) uses automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any other unauthorized means to enter; (iv) violates these Official Rules; (v) acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, or threatening manner; (vi) submits content that violates these Official Rules or Sponsor’s brand standards; or (vii) otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, or any portion thereof, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system errors, force majeure events, platform outages, account restrictions, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, judging, or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of suspension or termination, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action using the judging criteria set forth in these Official Rules.

Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, partners, and service providers shall not be responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, corrupted, inaccessible, deleted, hidden, private, or undeliverable entries, posts, messages, emails, uploads, links, or forms; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; (iii) any failure of Instagram, TikTok, ShortStack, any website, platform, application, network, server, internet service provider, or other connection; (iv) technical, human, mechanical, or electronic errors of any kind; (v) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (vi) any compatibility issues with Entrant’s device, browser, platform, Instagram account, TikTok account, email account, or online entry form; (vii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; or (viii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s device or property arising from or related to participation in the Contest. Proof of submission shall not be deemed proof of receipt or visibility by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Entries generated by automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in such conduct. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned.

If any portion of the Contest, including the Prize, is compromised, delayed, postponed, or canceled due to a force majeure event, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, public health crises, governmental actions, civil disturbances, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest as set forth herein, and, if appropriate, select the winner from among eligible entries received prior to such action using the judging criteria set forth in these Official Rules.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ADIDAS, SPONSOR’S PARTIES, ANY APPLICABLE EVENT ORGANIZER, VENUE OPERATOR, TICKETING PROVIDER, AND INSTAGRAM, META, TIKTOK, BYTEDANCE, AND SHORTSTACK SOLELY IN THEIR CAPACITY AS THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM OR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND NOT AS SPONSORS, ENDORSERS, JUDGES, OR ADMINISTRATORS OF THE CONTEST, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENCIES, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; (B) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; (C) ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY OR EVENT; AND/OR (D) SPONSOR’S USE OF ANY ENTRY OR ENTRY MATERIALS AS PERMITTED HEREIN.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DEATH, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ECONOMIC LOSS, OR CLAIMS RELATING TO ENTRY CONTENT, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR USE OF THE PRIZE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED BY THE ENTRANT, IF ANY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SUCH AMOUNTS EXCEED $100 U.S. DOLLARS; (B) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND EACH ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES; AND (C) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONETARY DAMAGES, IF ANY, AND EACH ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE, EQUITABLE, OR OTHER NON-MONETARY RELIEF.

13. Instagram / Meta / TikTok / ShortStack Disclaimer. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, or ShortStack. By entering, each Entrant understands and agrees that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, or ShortStack. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, and ShortStack from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Contest.

Entrants must comply with all applicable Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and other platform terms, policies, community guidelines, and platform rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, ShortStack, platform restrictions, account settings, deleted content, algorithmic limitations, hashtags or tags not functioning, entry form outages, or any other issue that prevents Sponsor from viewing, receiving, verifying, or judging an entry.

14. FIFA / adidas Disclaimer. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA or any FIFA World Cup 26™ organizing entity in any way. FIFA World Cup 26™ and all related marks, names, logos, and insignia are the property of FIFA. Such marks are referenced herein solely to identify the Event for which the Prize tickets are awarded. No sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation by or with FIFA or any FIFA World Cup 26™ organizing entity is intended or implied.

This Contest is conducted by Sponsor in collaboration with adidas; however, Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration and operation of the Contest, except to the extent expressly stated otherwise.

All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed solely to Sponsor and not to FIFA, adidas, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, or ShortStack. Neither FIFA nor adidas shall have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.

15. Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is determined to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Official Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Contest, the interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules, the judging or scoring of any entry, or the awarding, receipt, or use of any Prize, each a “Dispute,” shall be resolved exclusively on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Entrant expressly waives any right to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, class proceeding, or representative proceeding or claim of any kind.

All Disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and each Entrant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts, waiving any objection based on improper venue, forum non conveniens, lack of personal jurisdiction, or otherwise.

17. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a request via email to help@pelesoccer.com with the subject line: “Pelé World Cup Contest Winner List.” Requests for the winner list will be accepted from Friday, July 10, 2026 through Sunday, July 12, 2026. Requests must be received no later than Sunday, July 12, 2026.
