Shipping Rates & Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once your order has left our warehouse.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
Visit our Returns Portal to start a return or exchange.
Return Requirements:

Original Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Footwear Packaging: All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. Crucial: Please place the shoebox inside a separate shipping box. Do not use the shoebox as the shipping container or attach tape/shipping labels directly to it, as this damages the product packaging and may void your return.

Return Shipping Fee: We provide a pre-paid shipping label through our Returns Center. A flat fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return shipping and restocking.

Final Sale & Custom Items: Personalized jerseys (custom name/number) and items marked down from their original price are Final Sale. Shipping charges and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I exchange an item?
If you need a different size or color, the fastest method is to visit our Returns Portal to return your item for store credit. You can then use that credit to place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (minus the $8.95 return shipping and restocking fee). Please allow 10–14 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
What if my product is defective?
We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Please note that "normal wear and tear" from regular play is not considered a defect.
My package is missing.
If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or household members. Pelé Soccer is not liable for stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
