Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.

What are your shipping rates and speeds?
  • Standard (5–8 business days): $9.95 (FREE on orders over $150)
  • Priority (3–4 business days): $17.95
  • Express (1–2 business days): $34.95
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via our Standard Shipping method. Please note that expedited services (Priority/Express) are not available for these addresses.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I don’t have my package. What now?

Please check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager first. If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, Pelé Soccer is not liable for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a monitored delivery point.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please note that a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

How do I return footwear?

You are welcome to try on shoes indoors to check for fit. However, they must be returned in brand-new condition. The original shoebox is part of the product. Place the shoebox inside a separate shipping box. Do not tape or label the shoebox itself, as this damages the product and will void your return.

How do I exchange an item?

To get your new gear as fast as possible, we process exchanges as a return for store credit. Visit our Returns Center to start your return; once processed, you can use your credit to order the correct size or color.

What items are "Final Sale"?
  • Personalized jerseys (custom names, numbers, or patches).
  • Any item marked down from its original price (excluding promo code discounts).
  • Gift cards and shipping charges.

Authenticity & Fit

What is the difference between "Authentic" and "Replica" jerseys?
  • Authentic (Player Edition): What the pros wear. These have a slim, athletic fit and lightweight, breathable fabrics.
  • Replica (Fan Edition): 100% official, designed for supporters. These have a more relaxed, traditional fit and embroidered crests.
Are your products authentic?

Yes. Pelé Soccer is an authorized retailer for Nike, Adidas, Puma, and many other major brands. We purchase direct from the manufacturers, and every item we sell is 100% authentic and officially licensed.

Customization & Personalization

Can I return a jersey with a player's name?

No. Any jersey that has been customized with a name, number, or league patch—whether it is a famous player or your own name—is created specifically for you and is Final Sale.

Do you use official lettering?

Yes. We use the official, licensed name and number sets for all major clubs and national teams to ensure your kit looks exactly like what is worn on the pitch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a faster checkout experience.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Our system allows one promotional code per order. Choose the one that gives you the best price.

Order Issues

What counts as a "defective" product?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects (e.g. stitching issues) within 30 days. Please note that "normal wear and tear"—such as scuffs on cleats—is not considered a defect.
